Qualifications/certifications required:
- Tertiary Degree
- Professional registration: ASAQS/MBA and South African Council for the Quantity Surveying profession
- Minimum of 10 years technical experience
- Minimum of 2 years Managerial experience
- Willing to travel to sites
- Ability to cope with heavy workload and long hours

- Advanced diary management
- Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Navigating on virtual meeting platforms
- Systems and software skills:
