Qualifications / Requirements:

• B.Com Business Management Degree/similar (MBA would be advantageous)

• Proven commercial experience, essential

• Retail/FMCG experience would be advantageous

• Strong and proven leadership skills

• Strong decision maker, with exceptional communication and negotiating skills

• Dynamic, results-driven, hands-on leader, with high energy level
