Qualifications / Requirements:
- Diploma in Manufacturing, Quality or Mechanical
- IATF 16949 Lead Auditor certification
- Six Sigma Green/Black belt certification (highly advantageous)
- Internal Quality Auditor Training (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
- In-depth understanding of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management standards
- Extensive expertise in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation and requirements
- Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
- Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications and control plans
- Knowledgeable in root cause analysis techniques and corrective/preventive action methodologies
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the automotive industry
- Proven track record of leading quality teams and implementing robust quality control systems
- Expertise in conducting process audits, quality system audits and supplier audits
- Hands-on experience in managing the PPAP process for new product launches
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, production and other stakeholders

- Proficient in data analysis, report writing and presentation skills
