Qualifications / Requirements:
- Minimum of Matric
- Stock control experience including stocktaking, checking raw materials and reporting on stock levels
- Computer literate especially in MS Excel
- Proficient with CRM systems highly advantageous
- Proactive and self-driven
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Willingness to take on new responsibilities and grow within the company
Key Performance Areas:
- Stock control:
- Counting and reporting on stock levels of both finished goods and raw materials
- Requesting new raw materials from the Purchasing Department when necessary
- Ensuring accurate records
- Shipping
- Complete weigh bills and prepare shipments
- Communicate with customers and Sales Representatives regarding shipment dates
- Enter and update shipping information in the CRM system
- Monitor production schedules to ensure timely shipping
- Report any delays or issues to management and keep all stakeholders informed
