Job Position: Supply Chain Specialist (SAP Superuser)

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and experience in a materials management, logistics, and/or supply chain
- SAP Superuser essential (minimum of 2 years’ experience as a SAP Consultant essential)
- Understanding of automotive industry
- Proficiency with ERP system focused in Logistics and warehousing
- Current knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration
Key Performance Areas:
- Develop and implement a sale, inventory, and operations planning process for all assigned Plants
- Cross functional reviews of customer demand (Market Intelligence and Customer Release)
- Improve internal supply chain and materials flow between plants (utilize Value Stream Mapping)
- Ensure suppliers are updating required information in the supplier portal
- Develop and implement standard material replenishment processes (Kanban and Min-Max etc)
- Implement standard inventory forecasting and planning tools
- Recommend ERP parameter updates and develop standards
SAP:
- Assess existing IT infrastructure and recommend improvements
- Develop and configure customized SAP solutions
- Write scripts and programs to create user-friendly interfaces and enhanced functionalities
- Deploy SAP solutions and ensure smooth system integration
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize performance
- Provide SAP system support and end-user training
- Perform rigorous documentation of SAP processes and present progress reports
- Prepare reports or delivering presentations
- Ensure compliance with industry regulation
- Keep abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developments
