Qualifications / Requirements:

• Business related Graduate
• Minimum 2 years office/admin-based work experience in an operationally intensive business
• Intermediate to advanced Excel experience
• Power BI experience advantageous but not required

Key Performance Areas:

Data Management and Analytics:

• Source, consolidate, clean, and validate data from accounting systems, SharePoint, Semantic Models and Excel-based data sources to ensure high data integrity and reporting accuracy
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, margin risks, and performance patterns
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports using Excel
• Maintain data models to support forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
• Automate recurring reports and data processes, significantly reducing manual effort and reporting turnaround time
• Develop KPI’s, sales targets, budgets, and performance scorecards aligned to business objectives
• Ensure consistent metric definitions and governance across sales and business reporting
• Reporting on Sales Division performance

Pricing:

• Maintain customer price books
• Manage monthly price adjustments and maintain pricing accuracy across systems
• Liaise with sales teams to resolve pricing discrepancies and manage spot price variances

Business Development and Strategic Support:

• Assist in tender submissions and new business development initiatives
• Compile client-facing communication information
• Provide analytical and presentation support
• Deliver data-driven insights to support growth strategies and margin optimisation
