Qualifications / Requirements:
• Grade 12 / Matric
• Valid driver’s licence
• Professional and presentable appearance – please attach a recent, colour, head and shoulders photo
• Previous sales or customer service experience advantageous
• Automotive/dealership experience advantageous but not essential
• Good computer literacy
• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• Target-driven and customer-focused
• Energetic, confident and outgoing personality
• Strong follow-up and prospecting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection
• Willingness to work weekends and Public Holidays and at dealership events as and when required

Key Performance Areas:
• Assist with full vehicle sales processes
• Lead generation and calling of leads
• Cold calling
• Dealership prospecting and various other methods of prospecting leads
• Assist with vehicle demonstrations
• Assist with test drives
• Assist with quotations and all paper work
• Assist with customer follow-ups and sales administration
• Ensure all product knowledge and online training is up to date
• Maintain accurate CRM/DMS records
• Assist the sales team in converting enquiries into appointments and vehicle sales
• Assist with marketing events
