Qualifications / Requirements:
- Experience in Sage 300, Astrow, and SAP will be beneficial
- Grade 12 (Matric) essential
- Administration qualification (advantageous)
- Minimum 3 years’ administrative experience
- Cash office experience is essential
- Experience with IOD administration will be advantageous
- Payroll experience is advantageous (training will be provided)
Computer skills:

- Payroll software (training provided)

Key Performance Areas:
Cash Office Administration:
- The incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of the cash office, including but not limited to:
- Cash reconciliation
- Receiving, counting, and balancing cash
- Processing receipts and payments
- Investigating and resolving cash discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate cash office records
- Ensuring compliance with internal financial controls and procedures
Injury on Duty (IOD) Administration:
- Administer all IOD matters from initiation to finalisation, including:
- Reporting workplace injuries
- Completing and submitting Compensation Fund documentation
- Liaising with medical practitioners, hospitals, employees, and management
- Monitoring claim progress
- Following up on outstanding documentation
- Maintaining accurate employee medical and claim records
- Ensuring legislative compliance with the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA)
Payroll Support:
- Provide support to the Payroll Department as required
- Assisting with leave administration
- Assisting with overtime, allowances, and deductions
- Filing payroll documentation
- Maintaining confidentiality of payroll information at all times
General Administration:
- Filing and document control
- Data capturing
- Preparing reports
- Answering telephones and responding to enquiries
- Email correspondence
- Record keeping
- Ordering office stationery and supplies
- Assisting management with administrative projects
- Maintaining confidential personnel and company records
- Performing any other reasonable administrative duties assigned by management
