Qualifications / Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ Beauty Therapist experience
- CIDESCO or ITEC minimum 2 years
- Senior role with natural leadership abilities
- Passion for beauty care and services
- Energetic person with a positive attitude
- Exceptional communication skills and personable approach
- Medical grade product knowledge and skin care background are advantageous
Key Performance Areas:
- Ability to recommend suitable treatments and upsell services and treatment packages
- Basic beauty services: facials, massages, nail care, waxing
- Lash-extension experience will be highly advantageous
- General promotion of packages and services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of RegimA products and use for facials and peels
Ad-hoc duties:
- Answering telephone calls, assisting customers visiting the salon, and scheduling appointments
- Assisting with the general management of the salon on a day-to-day basis when needed
- Assisting with bookings and admin for the guest house when required
