Qualifications / Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Valid drivers license and own transport essential
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with professional grooming
• Previous experience in social media, advertising and managing different social media platforms
• Strong analytical skills: analysing data to identify trends, patterns and insights to improve customer interactions and strategies
• Technical proficiency: understanding CRM software and tools to configure, customise and troubleshooting issues that may arise
• Project management skills: ability to plan, execute and monitor CRM projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Marketing and event organising experience
• Customer-centric mindset: focus on understanding customer needs and behaviour to personalise interactions and enhance customer experiences
• Problem-solving skills: able to quickly identify and address issues that may impact CRM performance or User experience
Key Performance Areas:
• Analyzing customer data and trends to identify opportunities for improving customer relationships and sales
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and increase customer loyalty
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of CRM initiatives
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives and campaigns that aim to increase sales and create awareness of the brand
• Create and submit marketing plans
• Report on Corporate Events monthly
• Plan and execute customer board meetings that reflect on data drawn from the CRM sy
