FMCG Commercial Manager
Location: Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha
Salary: R70 000 to R80 000 per month, commensurate with experience

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Strong and proven retail/FMCG experience, is essential (ideally understanding smaller to medium size businesses / having owned small retail businesses with successful track record)
- Strong and proven leadership skills
- Strong decision maker, with exceptional communication and negotiating skills, who presents facts and finds solutions
- Dynamic, results-driven, hands-on leader, with high energy level
Key Performance Areas:
- Negotiating of contracts, legalities and all business-related operations
- Auditing of stores
- Recognize business opportunities
- Develop business strategies
- Risk assessment and management
- Handle projects and opening up / revamping of new stores
- Driving regulatory guidelines and compliance
- Focus on long-term company goals and growth strategies
- Manage operations, including stock, people and A-Z operations
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Dealing with clients and nurturing of relationships and growth
