Qualifications / Requirements:
Essential
- 5+ years’ experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing role
- Strong background in e-commerce and digital marketing
- Proven experience managing influencer and creator marketing programmes
- Demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets and ROI-driven decision-making
- Experience leading and developing multi-disciplinary marketing teams
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital performance metrics, and optimisation
- Commercial mindset with the ability to link marketing activity directly to revenue
Desirable
- Experience in consumer brands, e-commerce-led businesses, or regulated industries
- FMCG experience beneficial but not essential
- Exposure to CRM platforms, analytics tools, and e-commerce systems

Key Performance Areas:
Strategy, leadership and commercial alignment
- Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy aligned to business, revenue, and growth objectives
- Lead, coach, and performance-manage the marketing team, setting clear KPI’s and accountability
- Work closely with the National Sales Team and Key Account Manager to:
- Support sell-in and sell-through initiatives
- Align campaigns with customer and channel strategies
- Ensure consistent brand execution across retail, e-commerce, and trade environments
- Translate commercial priorities into clear, executable marketing plans
- Drive innovation while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal governance
Budgeting, performance and ROI
- Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation across digital, influencer, e-commerce, events, and brand initiatives
- Track, analyse, and optimise ROI across all marketing spend
- Use performance data to inform decision-making, prioritisation, and investment shifts
- Present clear performance updates and recommendations to senior management
E-commerce and digital marketing
- Own the e-commerce growth strategy, including traffic acquisition, conversion optimisation, retention, and basket growth
- Work closely with the E-commerce and Communications Head to optimise:
- Website performance and user experience
- Promotional calendars, launches, and campaigns
- Email marketing, CRM, and loyalty initiatives
- Monitor and optimise digital channel performance across paid and organic media
Influencer, social media and content
- Develop and lead the influencer and creator marketing strategy, including:
- Identification, onboarding, and management of relevant influencers
- Campaign briefing, content alignment, and performance measurement
- Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Oversee social media strategy and execution across relevant platforms
- Guide content creation across social, web, email, POS, and trade marketing assets
Events and brand activation
- Define and oversee event and activation strategy in line with brand and commercial objectives
- Work closely with the Event Co-Ordinator on:
- Trade events, brand activations, and experiential marketing initiatives
- Budget management, timelines, and execution
- Post-event performance analysis and ROI assessment
Brand, communications and customer
- Strengthen brand positioning and visibility in a competitive consumer market
- Oversee product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key trade initiatives
- Ensure consistent messaging and execution across all customer touchpoints
- Work with the Customer Relationship Consultant to:
- Improve customer experience and retention
- Leverage customer insights and feedback
- Drive lifecycle and re-engagement campaigns
