Job Position: Service Advisor (motor industry)

Salary: R15 000 to R18 000 per month negotiable commensurate with qualification and experience

The successful candidate will play a key role in customer retention, workshop efficiency, and overall service department performance
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Minimum of Matric
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (essential)
- Able to manage high customer expectations in a complex service environment
- Strong administrative and process management skills
- Excellent customer communication and conflict-handling ability
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a high-volume workshop
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to liaise effectively with Technicians
- Experience with OEM systems and warranty processes (advantageous)
