Job Position: Social Media Specialist

Location: PE/Gqeberha

Salary: R18 500 per month commensurate with qualification and experience

Qualifications / Requirements:

Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in social media, digital marketing and paid media role
Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or equivalent practical experience
Hands on experience running paid campaigns, with ROAS and CPC results to show for it
Someone who can concept and edit short form video for TikTok/Instagram reels and shorts
Comfortable reading platform analytics and turning them into clear reports
Experience managing more than one brand account highly advantageous
Candidates to send links to social media accounts or campaigns worked on (essential)

Key Performance Areas:

Build and manage monthly content calendar across all platforms and brands
Plan, build, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google
Identify, onboard, brief and manage Influencers and Brand Ambassadors
Attend brand events and activations to capture and publish real time social content
Produce and publish trend led video for TikTok, Instagram reels and YouTube shorts
Design and execute User generated content campaigns that drive brand advocacy
Monitor and respond to comments, DM’s and mentions in a brand consistent manner
Track KPI’s and produce weekly snapshots and monthly deep dive reports
Run regular competitor reviews and present creative strategy recommendations
Identify and manage brand collaborations and co-marketing partnerships
